European Business Register (EBR)

European Business Register Online service (EBR) is the information service based on the common web-based inquiry system provided by commercial registries of 24 European countries. The inquiry system is in English. A search can be carried out according to the company or the related physical person. The service provides the following reports:

• Company Search,
• Company Profile,
• Company Officials Profile,
• Official Search,
• Official Profile.

In addition some countries provide the following documents related to the company: annual reports, articles of association, balance sheet, profit and loss, extracts from the trade register and annual return. To become a user one must sign a contract with one of the countries providing the service.
