STATE FEE

Every person has the right to receive a free extract from the Criminal Records Database about an associated legal person or a minor / person under guardianship once per calendar year. In case of a repeated query, it is required to pay a state fee.

Upon making a query about another natural or legal person, it is required to pay a state fee per person in the amount of EUR 4 (meaning that if you make a query about two (2) persons, the state fee is EUR 8). If you want to receive the response to the query in a digitally signed form or on paper, it is required to pay a state fee through bank before making the query. If possible, we kindly ask you to add a copy of the payment confirmation to the application.

In the e-File system, it is possible to make inquiries about data free of charge and as a paid service. Data about oneself and associated minor or legal person can be requested indefinitely and free of charge. The same applies if the query about another person is made on the basis of an authorisation given in the e-File. An unauthorised query about another person is a paid service, and it should be settled in the course of making a query through the bank link available in the e-File system.
