Anyone can access the Land Register data either on the e-Land Register website or by submitting a request for a large-scale query.
Individual query
By logging in to the e-Land Register as a private person with an ID-card or Mobile-ID, you can access the information and land registry files of the registered immovable you own free of charge. You can also use the e-Land Register to authorise others who need to see your registered immovable documents.
When looking at registered immovables belonging to others, queries are subject to a fee – you can pay in the same environment by bank link, credit card or mobile payment.
When accessing data on other registered immovables, it should be noted that the e-Land Register is interfaced with the data monitoring system. This means that when viewing the personal data related to a registered immovable, the person can see information about the person making the query in the data monitoring system of the eesti.ee portal. The information on queries is stored in the data monitoring system for one (1) year.

Contractual query
The contracted customers of the e-Land Register are companies and institutions that require a large amount of legally binding information on registered immovables on a daily basis and wish to pay for the service by invoice.
In addition to the e-Land Register, the contracted user has access to the API services, the e-Business Register, and the European Business Register as the Visualized Business Register. To use the service, you need to log in to the e-Land Register with your username and password or ID-card/Mobile-ID.
Written query
You can also submit written queries to RIK if you want to receive data on a specific region, areas, owners, etc. in the form of a table or a file. In order to receive data, please fill in the query form and send it to [email protected]. After sending your written request, you will receive a quotation within five (5) working days.
