*Data processing fee is not added for:
- national authorities;
- courts;
- enforcement agents;
- rural municipality or city governments;
- research and development bodies with a legal personality governed by public law, for the performance of statutory public tasks.
The prices and services are regulated by Regulation No. 8 of the Minister of Justice of 22 January 2001 ‘Data Processing Centre of the Land Register’ and the Order of the Director of the Centre of Registers and Information Systems.
Charges for the provision of information from the Business Register and the Land Register are based on the principle that the revenue generated should cover the cost of maintaining information systems relating to the administration of justice (e-File; electronic Riigi Teataja; Marital Property Register; Land Register; Digital File; Official Announcements, etc.).
