Statistics environment

The e-File statistical environment, i.e. the statistical environment of the legal protection field (õiguskaitse valdkonna statistikakeskkond – ÕSA), is a reporting environment that aggregates the e-File data and where the data is processed and used for statistical purposes.

The statistical environment can be accessed with an ID card, or with a standard username and password in the area of administration of the Ministry of Justice.
Each processor of the e-File may request access to this statistical environment for analysis and planning of their internal workflow by submitting to the Ministry of Justice a digitally signed application of the manager of the processor to the following email address: [email protected].
The mandatory data to be included in the application concerning the person who is applying for the right to access the statistical environment is the following:

  • establishment, where the person works;
  • given name and surname;
  • personal identification code;
  • position;
  • IP address of the establishment;
  • email address;
  • justification for requesting access right if the access right is applied for more than one person.

Every authorised person can apply for an access right for one other person. Any request for access to more than one person has to be justified in the application. See the sample of an application.
The Ministry of Justice shall decide on granting or refusing the right to access the statistical environment within ten working days of the date of submission of the application by replying to the email address indicated in the application.
The processor is required to notify the Ministry of Justice (by sending an email to [email protected]) of termination of employment with the person to whom the right of access has been granted no later than on the date of termination of the employment relationship.
