If you sign a contract for the use of the e-Business Register, you can also use the e-Land Register, the European Business Register, and the XML services at the same time within the same contract (except if you sign a contract for the API services), and you will be invoiced monthly for the fee-based services.
To conclude a contract, please fill in an application and submit it electronically in the e-Business Register Portal:
The general terms and conditions of the contract are valid until 09.10.2026.
