The e-Land Register contains data on all immovables registered in Estonia. In the e-environment, anyone can quickly and easily check the general data on registered immovables, area, owners, restrictions, mortgages encumbering registered immovables, etc.
If you need data on registered immovables infrequently, you can use the portal to make individual queries. It is possible to enter into a contract to view more data on a daily basis and pay by invoice once a month.
When logging in to the e-Land Register as a private person, you can access data on your own registered immovable and documents free of charge, authorise others to view your documents, subscribe to a digitisation service, and view data on other registered immovables for a fee. To use the service, you need to log in with your ID card or Mobile-ID.
The contracted customers of the e-Land Register are companies and institutions that need a large amount of legally valid information on a daily basis to verify data on registered immovables.

Accessing documents on your own property
By logging in to the e-Land Register, you can access your registered immovable documents (both as a private person and as a legal entity) free of charge in the ‘Registered immovables related to me’ section. On this page, you can see the land registry files, documents authorised by someone else (including documents made visible by the land registry department), authorisations granted, and also information relating to the apartment associations linked with you.
Authorisation to see documents in the Land Register
By logging in to the e-Land Register, the owner of a registered immovable can grant another natural person the right to access their land registry file documents.
- After logging in to the portal, the first step is to search for your registered immovable.
- If you have a digital land registry file, you will see a link to ‘authorisation’ on the registered immovable line, which will open an authorisation form when you click on it.
- After filling in the authorisation form, you can select the documents that you want to give access to and confirm the operation with a digital signature.
