The e-Business Register's Company Registration Portal is a single point of contact for entrepreneurs to communicate with the government. Its main purpose is to make the life of existing and future entrepreneurs easier and to save time spent communicating with the Commercial Register.
The portal enables fast, convenient and easy registration of a company over the internet, to change data in the business register, compile, file and submit annual reports, administrate members list of political parties and make detailed inquiries about other companies. It is a secure and fast tool for administrating your company.
The Company Registration Portal was launched in 2007. Today over 85% of the new private limited companies are registered through the Company Registration Portal. About 99% of all annual reports are submitted trough the portal reducing the amount of paperwork both for the companies and the state.
E-Business Register has been nominated and highlighted in several competitions around EU. To name few: as a nominee in e-inclusion, Good Practice Label 2007, European Enterprise Awards – good practice of reducing red-tape, European Business Awards as a Ruban d’Honneur, Estonian nominee for World Summit Awards 2009 and a finalist of European eGovernment Awards 2009. The e-Business Register is a European Union funded project.
